6-Month Warranty
Coverage:
We offer a 6-month limited warranty on all jewelry items purchased directly from blushandbliss.co. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that may arise during normal use of the product. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
The warranty covers the following issues, provided they are not a result of misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear:
- Defective clasps, closures, or chains.
- Loose or lost gemstones due to faulty settings.
- Breakage or damage of chain in the middle without force being applied. No stretched links.
Starting a Warranty Request:
- Send an email to orders@blushandbliss.co with the subject line “Warranty Request - Order #xxx”
- In the body, please include a message with your name, order number, and describe how it broke.
- Attach clear photos of where the defect is and of the whole item.
Replacement:
Upon receipt and evaluation of the warranty claim, we reserve the right to determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If deemed eligible, the we will, at its discretion:
- Replace the jewelry with a new piece of the same or same value.
Shipping and Handling:
The customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with sending the jewelry for warranty evaluation. We will cover the return shipping costs for replaced items.
Voiding the Warranty:
The warranty will be considered void if:
- The jewelry has been repaired or altered by an unauthorized party.
- The jewelry has been subject to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- The original proof of purchase from blushandbliss.co is unavailable or altered.
Important Notes:
- The 6-month limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the jewelry.
