Refund policy

We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy below for details on how returns are handled:


Earrings: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. The sale on all earrings is final. If there is a defect or damage when you receive the item, please read our Damaged Items section.


Other Items: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return jewelry items, excluding earrings, for store credit only. In order for a return to be accepted, all jewelry must be unworn and returned in the condition they were sent in.

If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note - Any returns received that DO NOT comply with our return policy and were not accepted by us first will not be accepted and will be shipped back.

To start a return, please email us at orders@blushandbliss.co with the subject line as follows: “Return Request | Order #: “ and in the subject line please let us know which item you will be returning and any other details you would like us to know of.


Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach our facility may vary.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item(s), it must be reported to orders@blushandbliss.co within 3 days of the delivery date. 

When contacting us, please use the subject line: "Damaged | Order #:_____". Ensure that your name, order number, and the name of the damaged item(s) are in the body of the email. Please also attach at least two photos of the damaged item(s) as proof. Allow 24 hours for a member of our team to initiate the return process.


Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return to ensure it is in the same condition as when shipped, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same reason, please send an email to orders@blushandbliss.co and send your item to:
