How long does it take to make my custom piece?

Each Charm Atelier piece is hand-assembled to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

How many charms can I add?

Can I choose where my charms are placed?

Yes! Our Charm Builder lets you choose the placement of each charm so your piece is designed exactly how you envision it.

Can I add more charms later?

Absolutely! You can purchase additional charms anytime and add them to your existing piece. If you'd like us to attach them for you, simply send us a message before placing your order.

Can I purchase charms without a chain?

Yes! Charms can be purchased individually if you'd like to build onto an existing Charm Atelier piece.
